      - salary is good - travel time is limited

      Cons

      - management is extremely poor - unreasonable deadlines, especially if you are on client required travel projects - when entering new role, no guidance is given from managers, meaning you will have to make the mistakes on your own and learn from them, which is detrimental

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
