      Good work environment with no pressure. Good learning initiatives

      Cons

      Tool interview for some other profile, at the time of joining complety changed the domain. Felt like a betrayal. And this was done with many people, so hiring strategy is very poor

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
