      Its a Product based company. Th culture is Good. There are several things that you get on top of ctc.

      Cons

      Attrition is cause of concern. The env is not good in some of the projects. Learning curve is really difficult.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
