      Pros

      Great people to work with. Some teams deal with rather cutting edge technology.

      Cons

      So much politics it's nerve wrecking. Blame-emails back and forth between teams and even among members of the same team. Lower pay compared to the market. Very slow promotion. Takes several years.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
