Pros
Employees are contracted to customers to perform specific tasks. There is very little management involvement unless something goes wrong.
Cons
The work can be repetitive. The workload can vary from very light to extreme that requires unpaid weekend work for the customer depending on their needs. They say you'll get the time back, but there's no one to cover for you other than others on your team. The workload from the customer comes with no warning most of the time so it's hard to plan.
