      Pros

      It's Awesome place to work. Provide way to awesome facilities for the employee. Three couse meal is also provided like breakfast, evening snacks, night snacks and mid- night snacks. Lunch and dinner are charged, as per subsidy.

      Cons

      Understanding people's genuine need. Due to few other employees who take disadvantages of few leniency make it hard for the other employees to explore those facility.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
