      Leadership is always providing a positive attitude environment and they deliver no matter what the cost. the company has good benefits at a low cost.

      Cons

      Very aggressive work schedules, can work several hours in a day or week to make sure we are delivering the best possible solution on-time.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
