      Pros

      Sometimes people you work with are good.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Regressive Processes. Immediate and Higher Management are outdated, And confussed with new technologies in the market. Reluctant to adaptd to changes. Lowest Compensation in the category. Doesn't care for employees. Year round cost cutting innovations. Too much politics, even from management. From Services to R&D same outdated political work culture. Promotions based on seniority, instead of merrit.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
