      work-life balance does not exist Had to work on all the weekends even on public holidays If you are late you won't get parking no comp-offs

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
