      Pros

      Flexible work culture, enough short and long term on site opportunities if you are in the right place, work load not too much (in most groups) so chances are you might have a better work life balance than most other places

      Cons

      Compensation not very good, management friendly but not really professional, very small opportunities for technical growth, after a point hardly any professional growth (up in the food chain)

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
