      If you are joining as a fresher, or this is your First Job, expect to learn a lot. The learning curve initially is pretty steep. A wide variety of products that work use various tech stacks.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
