      Good pay, especially for the area. Decent amount of freedom on job.

      Cons

      Long hours. Ridiculous at times. Poor training On call even when not in rotation Lack of Americans working there, significant culture difference

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
