Pros

- Good company to start as it engages you from the very beginning and also allows you to try different carrier in IT field. - Employee oriented culture. - Various activities to keep you stress free from sports and curricular activities. - Good onsite opportunities. - Good facilities from transport to subsidized food to free fruits and snacks daily. - Various learning classes to enhance one knowledge. - Where its counter parts hire in bulk amdocs believes in hire in quality and not quantity. - You can gain a lot of experience in less time as you will be judge based on your performance. - Lots of employee engaging programs and platforms.

Cons

- It was one of the best company to work earlier but now the management is more focused on company profits then employee benefits. - Company has changed so many policies which resulted in high iteration in recent times. - A company which was all about employees and has its uniqueness is now just any other common IT companies with less appraisal. - If you will get any project with less onsite opportunities then forget your chance to ever to go for a business trip. - Less professional growth in some teams and projects due to inner politics( not all have such scenario but most of them have it) - Long hours sometime without proper allowances.

Pros

Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

Cons

Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
