      subsidised food, fruits & snacks available in pantry for free, good learning

      Cons

      No travel since 2020 due to Covid'19, no special meal allowance in Covid, heavy workload in work from home model but good amount of learning out of it.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
