      Pros

      You get lot of food to eat...breakfast is free, lunch is subsidized , you get fruits twice a day. Evening and night snacks are free.

      Cons

      1) no work life balance 2) you might need to work 18 hours a day and next day,you are expected to report to office. 3) hell lot of office politics 4) employees are treated worse than factory labors. 5) non existent HR system.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
