      -> Work-Life Balance -> Personal Growth -> Learning Plans -> Collaborative teams -> Engaging hackathons, competitions, sessions -> Tambola, kabala, add sessions every 2 weeks (These all were reviewed by a fresher starting in 2020 in a remote environment)

      Not as such, every aspect is fit and fine.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
