      All the other benefits other than work. Free food, fruits

      Cons

      Poor management They don't know how and where to place the hired people from colleges. Took lot of time to place employees in permanent project No proper KT or training to freshers

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
