      Pros

      Great company for learning new technology, process, etc.

      Cons

      Collaboration from the upper management seems to be lacking. Specially since handling multiple projects at one time may need to have intervention from the higher ups to setup the directions and avoid confusion and stress build up from the front line which was the development team.. (speaking from the perspective of one of the developer/leads/staff).

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
