      Will be given responsibility from the begining Good mentors to give you KT Will learn lots

      None as such just work hours are generally exceeded more in wfh .. but it is in everywhere.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
