Pros
One of the best place to work at. It has some good telecom clients and this helps employees to understand different business these clients support. Switching between different projects or teams/applications is easy if you demonstrate the required capabilities. You get to go on Business travels once the team finds you deserving. Apart from that the company has lots of employee care policies like subsidized meals, reasonable bus and cab service to almost all parts of the city.
Cons
Long working hours during some phase of the project. Apart from that nothing much negative here.
