      diverse and good pipeline of products,and great installed based of customers...string delivery organization and well known name

      sales leadership wants simply yes men....too buddy buddy with each other..no encouragement to look at new ways and new initiatives.....lack of new and exciting products...no investment in products......

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
