      Pros

      Some managers are good at communicating. Benefits are decent. They will try to find another project for you.

      Cons

      Some managers don't communicate at all. There are "favorite" employees that get anything they want. No pay adjustments between expensive markets.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
