      Compensation and some of the employee benefit programs are the only good things that I can think of.

      At its worst, when it comes to work ethics and fair play. The more you stay, the more de-skilled you would become, especially if you're into management

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
