      Pros

      For some products Amdocs is using the top technologies, like Microservices, Kubernetes and more. Very good life-work balance. The people are very talented.

      Cons

      Politics on the manager level. Salary is a little bit lower then the average in high-tech. Bonuses are barely given.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
