      Pros

      Big company. Lots of projects around the world with big telecom companies. Runs a lot of innovation and training activities. Salary is fair, but health plan is awesome.

      Cons

      A culture of constantly putting out fires. Rounds of layoffs every few years.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
