      Pros

      Opportunities to grow technically. Good Site Opportunity in some accounts.(Mostly are of 4-6 weeks, but frequent opportunities are there). Quality work. Activities other than daily tasks are also promoted.

      Cons

      Team Politics is increasing in some accounts. Work Life Balance is not good. Also, % Hike is degrading. Some accounts are still working on very old technologies like COBOL.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
