Pros
1) Open work culture, no in and out time policy, make sure you are on time with your work. 2) breakfast(free)+fruits+sandwiches, Lunch(Rs 35 coupon), Snacks (all equivalent to morning snacks) 3) Good learning env. you will get wide exposure to learn and perform on technical part. 4) Frequent business travel on site (if you are lucky), almost everyone get chance to travel. 5) Casual wearing.
Cons
1) Departments are dependent on Core (R&D, Product team) to develop and support development env. and framework. 2) It wide scope if you want your growth more in technical part, you can reach to specialists(experts), but if you are imagining your growth in a specific (eg. UI/Javascript) area then this may be a little challenging part.
