Pros
* Ammenities are good (considering the majority of companies are not providing them) * Premises are very well located and facilities are top notch. * Benefits provided are better than majority of companies would normally provide (food and restaurant vouchers, yearly bonus equivalent of 1 month salary, savings fund, amongst others) * Overall job instability (haven't heard of major employee dismissals)
Cons
* Most of projects are quite demanding and generated low work life balance (majority of people do overtime and leadership expects this from employees even though this causes employees to sacrifice their personal lives for the project's health) * Management does nothing when there are cases of poor personal hygiene amongst some employees, causing great discomfort amongst coworkers. *They do not provide support for certifications/trainings. * Haven't heard of anyone being able to move from his current project to pursue growth (basically you're stuck in your project unless they unassign you due to budget issues)
