      Pros

      One of the best leader in Telecom domain software. Awesome Work Culture and Team Many Activities for entertainment free of cost Free Snacks Subsidized Food only 35 to be deducted lunch or dinner. Lots of Onsite opportunity. Unnecessary Restriction free environment.

      Cons

      Have to work extra many times which is everywhere now a days since Agile has come. No Bench Depended on one client. Only expert in one domain.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
