      Workplace with lots of diversity, projects with a great business value Work with people in international locations (India, Israel, UK, Ireland)

      Cons

      Budget-driven; projects stopped brutally because of a change of strategy Hard to grow technically, pushed into managing offshore projects.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
