      Diversity in task and Good technical learning if part of core team. Lot of travels if part of GSS or delivery team.

      Cons

      Very low relocation options. Offices only in two cities in India.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
