      Pros

      International/multi-national environment fair learning/growth opportunities in lower ranks good exposure to customer facing activities and roles

      Cons

      complete lack of work-life balance stiff, bureaucratic and hierarchical organization too many incompetent managers, especially in higher ranks attention and care for employees isn't really part of the company's DNA no serious/viable avenues for personal development beyond mid management ranks

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
