      Very good work atmosphere, flexibility to switch within the company circles, The company takes good care of its employees- right from transport to food, everything is provided to the employees.

      Work-Life balance can be under pressure at times, Working in shifts is considered as very much expectable,

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
