      Lot of scope for domain specific learning and growth. Encourages innovation. Work in recent industry trends. Professional and dedicated work culture. Good compensation, Health Care benefits.

      Cons

      Pertains to only telecom domain and hence product specific which gives less diversity. Work life balance at times could be stressful.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
