      Good Place to work, flexi working, and friendly environment.

      Cons

      Little politics on management level, which can effect you at times. Salaries are no longer attractive, they are now at par with other Indian MNCs.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
