      Market leader in telecom software

      Cons

      No work life balance If you are in India, you can get promotions fast even if you are not good Onshore is all about profitability. They will put 100 people to do a job with bad quality just because they did not put 10 people at the right time to do it right the first time Some managers & directors are real jerks. If you are n Israeli, you have better chance of survival & an easy life

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
