      benefits package is good and salaries are good. working time is flexible. it can allow you to work remotely.company have good 401K offer to enployee as conpany keep growwing.i woukd say that this company is a stable employer

      working longer hours. sometime need to work on week end.project maybe compleyed early in which can be the reason for you to be out of the company.dependingbin your delivery your job will be evaluated if you need them or not. so you always make sure that your doing a great job.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
