      Pros

      Complete creative freedom, growth within myself as a designer. Able to see the limit and push past, bring original ideas to the table, and give relative advice since i was thw first designer.

      Cons

      They have no idea how to truly deal and encourage a designer. They attempted to take all my work from me after I left, which i fought for desperately. Since they were not initially authroized to hire a designer in the first place.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
