      Work environment is Employee friendly Many perks like free meals(breakfast and evening snacks), subsidised lunch ,ac buses , free gym

      Haven't seen any yet Or may be haven't experienced any yet ..not all companies have cons. May be the only con would be the location for the people living far

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
