      Pros

      Good people, expanding operations, good salaries, opportunities opened, multiple cultures.

      Cons

      They work as foot soldiers, not a team. Don't evolve because experience is discarded. Israel's people are the brain, indian's people are the muscles, America's people are only working there by regulations that they can't avoid.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
