      Pros

      Good work life balance and working environment is good.

      Cons

      Too much load on few talented resources. Engineering management works with minimal risk model. Very less low flexibility to pursue innovation. Bureaucratic hiring process which leads to low performers stick in organization for long time.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
