      Pros

      Good overall package, the best one over all IT companies if you have family. Good opportunities to travel. Good opportunities to make relocation to other offices.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic as every big corporation. Nothing to do if you want to become a good SW developer. At least from my experience as C++ developer, Java developers more happy there in general.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
