      Very good benefits and employee oriented. Loads of travel to different counties. Known for amdocs brand for crm and billing solutions.

      Cons

      Do not have different business domain to explore your career options. As a product company, you have very limited technical skill development.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
