      Very helpful people . Lot of Onsite opportunities. Snacks Free breakfast Lots of CSR activities Flexible work hours Ample vacation and Leaves

      Cons

      work life balance .... little problematic due to miss-managements . In Delivery Group , the learning graph will be going down only functional know how is given importance . Broader career growth is almost non-existent. Salary less than competitors ( For fresh hires from campus ) , compensates sometimes with the travels across globe.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
