      Old technology like cobol etc nothing new If you joined as a fresher 90%chances you are treated bad by Indian GL it was case with A&M depts of Amdocs do not know about others depts Life was balanced everything is awesome but satisfaction rate is still less because of management Do not expect your GL to know anything because technically they are zero Business wise also they do not keep themselves updated

      Nothing just keep motivating GL to learn new technologies being a part of frustrated department for so long

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
