I joined this organisation as a fresher and it used be a heart throb for many young graduate at that time. It was full of talents from top institutions across the nation and there was positive technical vibe across all business units. They had one of the best employee care. Work was innovative and challenging, yet unnecessary time pressure was not there. However, as the organisation expanded, quality of talent pool and employee care. both degraded thoroughly year on year. Currently it stands as an average employer. Onsite opportunities across the globe.
Cons
1.Prime accounts are not in India. India operation runs mostly low budget and high-demand APAC projects. 2.Senior management don't push back on unrealistic demand from customers and put inhuman pressure on delivery unit, which eventually causes degradation of quality.
