      Pros

      Amdocs does offer exceptional medical benefits to its employees although the dental and vision benefits are not nearly as extensive.

      Cons

      Amdocs does not treat their employees well. They have instituted a ticketing system for their IT maintenance personnel which is demeaning at best.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
