      Pros

      1. Life is good at Amdocs without much pressure. 2. Enjoyable atmosphere. 3. Loads of onsite opportunities.

      Cons

      1. Growth gradually stops after working for certain number of years, and if you don't switch, then your skills will gradually diminish. 2. A bit of politics ( Depends upon your team though ) 3. Internal hike is not that great.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
