Pros
Good and free food. Allows flexible working hours. In depth knowledge of technology does not required to survive. They promote you to team lead after 4 your if you have good communication and organising skills. If you lend in a lucky project you will get onsite business travel.
Cons
Works on old technology, old method and framework. If don't work on yourself you will be of no use for to outside world as developer. In last 3 year they started cost cutting drastically. Now they give only 6-7% hike. Four years back it used to be 16 - 17 % for average performer. Now a high performer get at max 10%. This the case at every experience level. No variables.
