      Amdocs was Good organization earlier 6-7 years before.

      Cons

      Organization is in survival crisis - Most of its prime clients moving away from Amdocs and not going to renew the contract in future. there is no mush strength in product, these are legacy products and cant survive in future. Organization talks big about AI but inside its blank. Reducing its employee for last 3-4 years, no new revenue so cost cutting and emp reduction is the only option. If you want to verify more, just check the share price trend for last few years.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
